No information is collected on consumers who simply browse my website.

I collect the email addresses of those who communicate with me via my website or email, and other information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. If you do not want to receive email from me in the future, please let me know by sending me e-mail at the above address.

The name and email address of a consumer is collected when that consumer subscribes to my free monthly eNewsletter. Subscriptions to my eNewsletter are “op-in only.” The collected information shall remain private, confidential, and will be used only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. "Open rate" and "click-through" tracking is not associated with the consumer's personal identifying information.

The information I collect is disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

I do not set any cookies.

I do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, I may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If my information practices change at some time in the future, I will post the policy changes to this
website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at this website periodically. Consumers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by emailing me at the above address.

Upon request, I provide site visitors with access to contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number, and email address) that I maintain about them. Consumers can obtain access to this information by emailing me at the above address. Upon request, I offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending an email to the above address.

Professional Conduct

As a Christian life coach:

1.   I will hold myself accountable to the highest level of integrity, honoring Jesus Christ in all my associations with clients, colleagues, and the public at large.

2.   I will honor my Christian values in my personal and professional conduct, so as not to discredit or disparage the name of Christ or the coaching profession.

3.   I will actively pursue well being, wholeness, and continual learning in my own life.

4.   I will represent myself accurately and honestly to my clients, and coach only within my areas of expertise.

5.   I will be clear with my clients about the nature of the coaching relationship, including structure, financial aarrangements, confidentiality and privacy, expectations, and other terms of the coaching agreement.

6.   I will construct clear agreements with my clients, and will honor all agreements made in the context of professional coaching relationships.

7.   I will not intentionally mislead or make false claims about what my clients will receive from the coaching process or from me as their coach.

8.   I will give credit where credit is due for materials supplied by other sources, respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

9.   I will be responsible for setting clear, appropriate, and culturally sensitive boundaries that govern any contact that I may have with my clients.

10.   I will respect the client's right to terminate coaching at any point during our coaching relationship, as that right is set forth in the coaching agreement.

11.   If I believe the client would be better served by another coach, or by another resource, I will encourage the client to make a change.


Research

12.   I will conduct and report any research with competence, honesty, and within recognized standards of research.

13.   I will carry out any research with the necessary approval or consent from those involved, and with an approach that will reasonably protect participants from any potential harm.

14.   I will perform all research in a manner that complies with the laws of the country in which the research is conducted.

15.   I will accurately create, maintain, store, and dispose of any records of work performed in a way that promotes confidentiality and complies with any applicable laws.


Confidentiality and Privacy

16.   I will respect the confidentiality of my client's information, except as otherwise authorized by my client or as may be required by law.

17.   I will obtain permission from my clients before releasing their names as clients or references, or any other client identifying information.

18.   Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, I will take all reasonable steps to notify the appropriate authorities in the event a client discloses an intention to endanger self or others.


Conflicts of Interest

19.   I will seek to avoid conflicts between my interests and the interests of my clients.

20.   Whenever any actual conflict of interest or the potential for a conflict of interest arises, I will openly disclose it and fully discuss with my client how to deal with it in whatever way best serves my client.

21.   I will only barter for services, goods, or other non-monetary remuneration when it will not impair the coaching relationship.
